Suggest Treatment For A Delayed Period

HI I got married on 10/11/2011, after that my wife didnt have her monthly period cycle till yet. Its already 24 days late.We did the urine pregnancy test 2-3 times but still the report is negative.she had last time monthly period on 2nd Nov 2011 after that we got married.Before marriage she didnt have this monthly period delay problem, for her this is 1st time.Both of us didnt used any contraceptive birth control pill or anything.Please guide what we will do the next.Thanks in advance.Waiting for your reply.
