Suggest Treatment For A Discharging Cyst On The Neck

I had a small cyst on the back of my neck for years that has recently began weeping a clear viscous fluid. When expressed it opened up and began weeping copiously. This is the third day. There is no or very little blood. Is this serious? Will it clear up?
