Suggest Treatment For A Red Spot On The Both Sides Of The Chest

i have noticed a red spot about the size of a quarter on my right rib cage (underneath and to the side) of my breast and another in the exact same spot on the left side.
I am female 66 years old in excellent health. This is weird. It's not hives, it's only two spots the sizes of a quarter and they don't itch and are not irritated by anything. Only medicine I take is Advair (for 10 years) and baby aspirin. Can you help?
