Suggest Treatment For A Ruptured Frenulum Of Penis

Hello doctor, yesterday i was masturbating.and at that time i pulled my foreskin too back that i ruptured my frenulum. i have never seen this happen to me before. and after that it started bleeding a lot from the connection broked. than i got blackout around my eyes(may be because i saw blood) and i vomitted once. doctor please guide me what should i do. today in morning there is no pain normally...but when i urinate at that time it pains a bit.
