Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Distension,tender Breasts And Dizziness

hi i was in hospital on sat through to sunday ,i had a full blood count and nothing seemed wrong yet i am im pain and have been swelling for weeks starting with my feet now it everywhere ,i have extremly tender boobs that r leaking milk,and my tummy is the size of a lady 9 months pregnant and it is contracting so bad i feels just like it did when i was in labour with my three children i am a single lady now so no chance at all i was pregnant do have a marina coil that was fitted 14 months ago,i am short of breath all the time as the contractions r so bad when they come ,i have put on up to 6 pounds in one day and night plus more ,im tired, hot sweaty ,moody,have had low blood pressure one minute normal 10 minutes later then drops again ,my blood suger was 3 to 4 all day today and yesterday,please can u help i baffled the doc and nurses and was sent home im in so much discomfort i feel so faint and dizzy all the time and tired please can u help
