Suggest Treatment For Abnormal Soft Tissue On Vertebrae

I had a MRI and my report described an abnormal soft tisue on T3, T4, T5 vertebral bodies adjacent to paraspinal spaces. I had a full body scan and no other abnormal findings were detected. All Labs are normal including blood test for multiple myeloma. What could it possibly be with getting a biopsy.
