Suggest Treatment For Adenomyosis And Multiple Fibroids

I have been having very painful periods from the time it started. People said it would be ok after marriage, but there was no improvement in the condition. Then people said it would be ok after the first baby, but still the problem persisted and big clots are coming out. I have a 2 1/2 yr old baby. I went for an USG and the report showed that i have am suffering from adenomyosis and multiple fibroids in my uterus. The doctor has prescribed Inj. Placentrex 2ml for 10 days and i have to take them on alternate days. Now the area where i take the injection has become numb and i am having cramps and pain in my leg muscles. Is it the side effect of the Injection ? Is Adenomyosis cancerous ? Is it curable ?
