Suggest Treatment For Allergic Skin Rash

I have had seen my local GP and he said I have an allergic reaction rash and to take antihistomines. I am having two clarytyne a day. I am not satisfied with the clarytyne as my rash is no better and it is driving me crazy.I have had it for around 3 to 4 weeks.

It appears in random places on my body. hands, fingers, toes , shoulders , back , buttocks ,thighs, ears, neck breasts. It starts as a few red lines crossing over randomly looks like whip marks, then the white raised skin swells up and then it changes within 20 seconds to cover an entire area of where it starts, so the entire area, back ,thigh or breasts , wrists and it turns completely red an itches and then gets really hot. It lasts about 10 minutes and then disappears. Then comes up in a nother place on my body.

Please HELP!

Can you tell me what it is?
