Suggest Treatment For Allergic Skin Rashes

Hello, I am a female age 28. I am suffering from a skin problem dermographism since 5 years. skin gets red and swollen with even minor pressure or rubbing and fades away within 15 minutes almost. I am to get my vaccination within 2 days and want to know whether it will be OK to get vaccinated or should I inform before getting shot about this medical condition? do this problem has anything to do with vaccines? I have no food allergies.
