Suggest Treatment For Bad Body Odor

Hey doctor,
I live by the beach and I love my tank tops but it seems that every time I put one on, after about an hour I smell something funky... It's me!... I'm not sweaty just stinky. Ive tried all kinds of deoderants and I take showers everyday but nothing seems to work. I don't smell this when I wear a regular tshirt only something that doesn't cover my arms. please help!
