Suggest Treatment For Bad Headache With No Fever

For the past week, i have had a very bad headache, with no fever. I also, have a red streak on the inner part of my ear. The doctor gave me some sudafed, and drops for my ears to numb pain( i havent had any pain in my ear). The headaches keep getting worse, and now its hard to hold down food. All of the headache medicine i have taken does not help at all. Whats wrong with me???
