Suggest Treatment For Blackish Spots On Skin After Sugaring

i have spots on my legs after sugaring (not waxing), some are reddish some are blackish. i've had them ever since i started sugaring my legs. i've tried to stop for a while to see if they went away but didn't. i've tried shaving but it's worse because my hair grows back the very next day (that's why i use sugaring paste for hair removal) how can i get rid of the spots on my legs?
