Suggest Treatment For Bleeding And Trembling In Vagina After Hysterectomy

I had a hysterectmy about 4 years ago. After the hysterectmy, I did get a staph infection and readmitted to the hospital for another week. I have had numerous pelvic infections since then. Intercouse with my husband is not the same. It hurts, and I always bleed afterwards. Then the pelvic pain starts for atleast 2 days. Yes, I have been to many doctors, and I get no help. But now, for the past 2 days, my vagina has been "trembling". It does not hurt, just very annoying. What could this be? Thanks for any answers you may have.
