Suggest Treatment For Blisters On Face And Chest

small bumps with pus and clear fluid spreading..
im a 23 year old female 5'10 150lbs.
I did my own acrylic fingernails and shortly after little bumps formed around my cuticle. im a picker, so I popped them and they are mostly all filled with a clear sticky fluid. the next few days it seemed to be spreading. I had the same bumps on almost all of my fingers and my two big toes. when I squeeze them, they seem to almost reappear instantly and spread. I then saw a few small pimples on my face, and when I was doing my nightly routine of washing and popping with the zit popping silver extraction tool, it didn't seem to be a normal zit. I started to squeeze it with my fingers (located on my jawline and chin) and it was a sticky clear fluid as well, and after popping one, others would appear around it. it looks like a small cluster of water blisters and I thought they were from stress, but now they have spread to other parts of my face, chest, ankle, and shoulders. im wondering if athletes foot can spread to other areas of the body or if this seems to be something else. while popping and when it swells, it looks like there is a layer of the sticky clear fluid u.der my skin and it gets larger rack time I squeeze it. I am washing my hands and face frequently, using hydrogen peroxide on my fingers, toes, and ankle, and then putting a layer of mupirocin isp 2% on everything and thecluster areas are scabbing over and maybe healing...but random new blisters are appearing still in new areas of the face and hands and feet and I have no idea what this is or how to treat it. I just got off of a cycle of amoxicillin 2000mg a day for strep throat, and recently had impetigo about a month ago. another possibility is fever blisters/ heat rash... I recently moved and its around 101 degrees daily. oh and they are not painful until I have picked at them repeatedly.
PLEASE HELP ME I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS FOR ABOUT A WEEK AND CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!!!!

ps - a cluster appeared on my lips and now there's in only one left.. could it be herpes even tho it's in my face and cuticles?
