Suggest Treatment For Bulky Uterus With Thick Endometrium.

Hello Doctor! My age is 32. I had history of PCOD and had miss abortion 2 years back. Recently I did Sonography to check the PCO on my 16th day of mensuration. Report shows Bulky uterus with thick endometrium [Thick echogenic endometrium 14mm]. Please suggest shall I go for surgery?
