Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation In Spine & Legs

Hi, Doctor, I am a male 39 yrs, 84 Kgs weight and 6 feet 1 inch tall. i have been having a burning sensation in my mid spine, in legs, sometimes in lower hands and even on the face since last 6 months. It does not happen all the time.sometimes i get them while i am driving for a long while. my back also hurts when i bend forward at a particular position and i notice the burning sensation also occurs simultaneously.same happens when i carry my child in my arms. what should i do?
