Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation In Uterus With Bleeding Wile Urination

im a 28 yr old female weighing 150 and height at 5"9 that is in extreme need of help due to a constant burning sensation at uterus but does decrease at nite after taking cystex, azo, bactrum,cephlexan, and lortab. i know thats way to much to take at one time but i cant go to the dr because i feel as if i cant get off the toilet. also there is bleeding right after urinating. ive took an uti azo test and the leukocytes was positive but the nitrite was negative. Will you please explain to me why this may occur and possibly a solution or anything to ease my discomfort.
