Suggest Treatment For Chronic Sinusitis On Left Side

I have chronic sinusitis and have two surgeries (one for a deviated septum) in the last twelve months. My chronic sinusitis is only on my left side. What could be the reasons for this? I am 61 years old and have had allergy testing (everything was negative)
