Suggest Treatment For Chronic Urticaria

My wife, 44 yrs is suffering with chronic Urticaria with recurrent acute exerbations. Tests at Lal Path Lab shows IgE 166 KUA/L and positive for Dust Panel - Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus & Dermatophagoides Farinae. Kindly suggest modality of management.
