Suggest Treatment For Circular Brown Patches Like Pigmentation On Penis

Hi, i have what looks like some sort of pigmentation on my penis. They look like circular brown patches and are about 5mm in diameter. There are four of these on the shaft and two on the head, with one being slightly larger. Is there any way to get rid of them or fade them?
