Suggest Treatment For Cracked And Dry Corona And Glans Of Penis

Hi. I am a 27 year old male and had unprotected sex with someone about a month and a half ago. About 2 weeks later I noticed that on the head towards the bottom along the edge (corona) it looks cracked and irritated.About a week later I noticed that the glans of my penis were becoming dry. There is no pain or irritation but it looks bad.
A doctor diagnosed me for Fungal infection and gave me antifungal cream but that did not help. I showed it to a dermatologist and he said its Herpes. I developed warts under the corona or glans and he treated them well. Now Herpes is fine but the same problem is still there. Cracked and dry corona and glans. Please help
