Suggest Treatment For Crusty Ear Piercing

i pierced my own ears about 3 weeks ago now, they were doing fine. However i used the earrings with the slide on backs (not butterfly) and obviously cant take them out because they've just been pierced. whilst laying on them the backs on one of my ears was pushed into my ear. I got it out but i've been left with a hole in my ear. Its constantly weeping and crusting sometimes bleeding, but not painful. what treatment/medicines can i get to heal it? it has been 3 weeks since the piercing and i am 14 years of age
