my uss shows a normal sized uterus with AP diameter of 3.6cm.The uterine outline is regular.Myometrial texture and Endometinal thickness appears normal.there is a cystic mass with AP diameter of 4.2cm in the right adnexa.it has a regular wall and contains clear fluid.left adnexa appears free.pouch of douglas is empty.no free pelvic collection.no fibroid.no cyesis or retained products of conception sighted.PLEASE WHAT IS THE BEST TREATMENT FOR THIS AND CAN I GET PREGNANT
