Suggest Treatment For Discoloration On Nose Caused By Infection After Septo Plasty

I had open rhino/septo plasty 16 months ago and had contracted an infection 10 days post surgery on the bridge of my nose that the dr. said was from non sterile equipment and he put me on antibiotics for 6 wks, the discolooration is still there like a 1/2 inch line of dark red/blue stripe across the bridge of my nose, it shows even with the thickest makeup and its ugly is there any product to remedy this? will this ever get better it's been over a year?
