Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Vomiting

hi my 12 year old son, has been feeling dizzy and vomiting. Tis happpens at least 2 a month and it has been happening for about a year now? He had been to the doctor and got medication to so him from vomiting. What should i do , what could be wrong with him
