Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Uterus And Uterine Fibroid

I am 45 years of age, 5 feet 4 inches, weight 205. I have had a tubal ligation, gallbladder surgery and recently a d&c, hyper, and novasure ablation. The ablation was performed on October 28. My period came on November 10 and was on for 8 days until November 18. It stopped for a week and now I'm on again beginning November 27. The doctor prescribed Cipro and metronidazol for infection in endometrial lining. Ablation does not seem to be working. Is my only other alternative to receive a hysterectomy? Doctor states my uterus is enlarged and I have a 5 cm fibroid and if I need hysterectomy it will have to be da vinci assisted.
