Suggest Treatment For Excess Sweat In Hands And Feet

hi, i'm maria. my problem is my hands and feet are excessively sweats especially when i'm anxious or under pressured. this problem since i was a child if im not mistaken i have this 1 when i was 10years old.. my sister too got this problem but her too much than me, it makes a handkerchief very wet... i have a kids and and my son inherited it, cause i saw it even he is still 1 year of age.... his hands moisten and his feet too.... Can you help me or tell me some advice to prevent/cure it. It is inherited? thanks...in advance
