Suggest Treatment For Facial Hair

Good evening Dr. Rohit Batra,my name is Alex and i have a probelm with facial hair i'm 17 years old and i only have moustache,not a thick moustache,but i don't really care about the moustache but the facial hair.I want to know what is my problem for not growing a facial hair many of my friends have facial and i don't and it piss off.So please i'm asking you to tell me what is the problem and also if u can give an advice Thank you.
