Suggest Treatment For Folliculitis

hi I've had foliculitis for more than 7 months and I've gone to the GP loads of times and have being given lots of different medications such as 3 different shampoo's (chorlexidine,tar coal, nizoral) and tablets like lymecycline. the doctors told me that the spots in my head are not severe and are mild but the medications had not helped it go away. what can i do to make them go away?
