Suggest Treatment For Folliculitus

i have been suffereing from folliculitus for 4 years and have used various anti-biotics, nose creams and washes but it is still very bad on arms, thighs and buttocks with very dark scars. thay are not itchy but hurt when large ones appear under the skin. this is slowly destroying my life !!!
