Suggest Treatment For Genital Warts

hi, I have genital warts and i am pregnant. thay are really bad, the worst my midwife doctor have ver seen. they are too big to cut off so i just have to live with it. im having a c section due to this 3 weeks early. but im in so much pain, the warts are smelling and bleeding constatly. i cant cope. iv seen so many different doctors but there is nothing they can do as my warts are too bad to treat now when pregnant. is there anything i can put on them to stop the pain?? something to help, like savlon? my c section is in 3 weeks..but i cant bare it anymore, just crying. i cant leavethe house as it hurts walking. please help.
