Suggest Treatment For Greenish Vaginal Discharge And Abdominal Pain

I had a total hysterectomy 16 years ago. I am 51 years old and have had 2 children. Approximately 3 months ago I had 2 days of pretty bad pain in my abdomen. No bowel movements for a couple of days and then very slowly seemed to get back to normal for about 1 week. Then started to feel bladder spasms after urinating. Then for about a week had greenish discharge sporadically. Then a week of nothing and no spasms. Then a few days of pinkish discharge and then off and on again greenish discharge now. Can go a day or 2 with nothing and only seems to be in the afternoons more than any other time of the day.
