Suggest Treatment For Hair Fall

Hello. I am Indian male, 18, 178 cms tall and about 64 kgs. I have a family history of Male Pattern Baldness. My father started losing hair at 25 or so, and though it slowed down, he is about 50 and bald from top (crown).
So, I started losing hair rapidly about 2 years ago, triggered by a lot of stress, and a slight bout of typhoid. Now, the hair just doesnt stop falling. I do not want to use Minoxidil or Finasteride as these have ranging side-effects. I am thinking of using a DHT-blocking shampoo and castor oil for this. Kindly help!
