Suggest Treatment For Hard Red Bumps In The Inner Vagina

Dr. Jain / GYN. I am 52 and currently going thru menopause. Recently, I have developed some small, hard red bumps on my inner labia. They don't hurt, leak, or bleed, but they are beginning to worry me. I have had them for about a month. I have been married over 13 yrs. My husband and I have had complete medical exams, with blood labs for STD's and everything came back normal. I just want to know what they can be. Mrs. Dan
