Suggest Treatment For Hard Skin On Outer Ankle And Outer Bone

Hi Doc,
I have a skin condition which I'm embarrassed about. I have a dark patch or hard skin on my outer ankle and on the outer ankle bone. It is present on both legs but it is more dense on the right leg. I have read in forums that the reason could be because of sitting on the floor.
I have tried olive oil(not frequently), pumice stone and some moisturizer. But it doesn't seem to cure.
Please help me with my skin condition.
