Suggest Treatment For Headache, Fever And Loose Motion

hi my name is rachelle 24 yrs old i want to ask for your opinion about my severe head ache.. i have a fever for the last 3 days, with this severe head ache, it hurts so much that i cannot even get to sleep, those paracetamol that i have been drinking didnt help that much, also i ahve this lose bowel movements. what do you think would be the probable cause of this headache. ? thanks...
