Suggest Treatment For Heavy Bleeding?

I am 40. I take gildess birth control with no placebo and started in March. I have steadily bled brown and red, spotty since, but was told it would take 75-90 days to adjust. Been long enough. Anyhow now I m bleeding heavily with thick clots. Just woke up and the sheets looked like a crime scene. Cramps too. Not pregnant. No sex since April. I never missed one pill and am not on anything else. I went running in the morning yesterday for about four miles and hadn t been in a couple weeks. I felt too poorly to go. Other than that we just moved and I have been lifting a lot. I am otherwise healthy. Normal weight. No smoking or drinking. Some stress. Can t Call my doc til Monday. Stuck for potential wisdom on this.
