Suggest Treatment For Hives And Wounds After Accident

Had a motorcycle crash very bad roDrash this happen three months ago.I was living in motels and believe their bad. Water infected my road rash with hives.I am presently taking benedril and life brand triple antibiotic loiton on my wound I am also prescribed oxycoton..I have been to a hospital a few days ago and they advised not to use anymore lotions.at one point I was even using exzema creams because I wAs itchy.I have had these hives for about a week..is there anything stronger I can use to make these hives go away?! Feel like freaking out it's way itchy and on couple occasions I have scratched them right off and open.oi.please help??
