Hello doctor

Iam using propysalic NF oinment on my face for 4days...Before that i was applying Tretinoin cream U.S.P Retino-A 0.025% for 20days ,But it doesnt give any changes on my face,I have hyperpigmentaion........Iam really confused please suggest me the correct cream
