Suggest Treatment For Infection Caused Due To Tattoing

white tiny pimples around my tattoo
Hi i just recently got a tattoo probably like a month ago and i noticed a couple of white tiny pimples full of pus around my tattoo and it itches. I also got some on my chest. Im concerned because they are not just on my tattoo but also on my chest. This is my second tattoo and with the first one I had no pimples or white bumps, i had no itching either. I have taking care of it with putting vasoline on it when i first got it. Im just worried that it might be infected but it's not red and it doesn't hurt it just itches. Please help! thanks
