I don't know how to explain this but there are a few times a month where I wake up and my skin feels cold but I feel very hot from inside its a weird thing , I've ckecked my temp but its all normal I'm 21 with a history and present problems with my menstrual cycles i don't know if it has to do with that or its something totally different ...please help
