Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods

Hello Doctor,

I am a 28 yrs old married woman and over the past 6 months I have had irregular period and this is getting me worried, I met with a gynacologist who put me on prescription of Brameston, Folic Acid and B Complex for 30 days hoping this would stabilise the period, I also took a pelvic scan which revealed that my eggs are 10mm as against the 20mm.

its 2 days past my expected period, all i see now is spotting, this is working me out and need me a solution, on consulting the doctor he recommended that I continue with the dose of Brameston, Folic acid and B complex.

Please kindly respond with suitable solution and advice.

Im 28 yrs, weighing 70kg, and im 5meters

Thank you
