Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods

hi doctor! im 25 years of age unmarried women.. i am having irregular periods for ;ast 5 years... ...2-3 month intervals. and mostly it was only chocolate colour scanty spotting.. sometimes little amount of bleeding.. last period was 2 months back...... now i wished to travel long jouney ... today i had mild scanty spotting... i want to avoid period for cuming 3 days.. can i used northisterone norgest for the problem?? how frequently i have to take them???
