Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods

I am 30, Female, 80kgs, suffering from irregular periods. I am currently taking Diane 35, however as soon as I stop taking the medicine my periods also stop. Is there a permanent solution to this problem? Will I face in difficulty if I wish to conceive?
