Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods

hello doc...

my periods ve been irregular from menarche...but after my marriage its been more irregular...earlier t never used 2 b more than 45 days at the most...but now for more than 2 n half yrs t s like more than 50 days...but der was also times i had t on the 23rd, 27th, 32nd, 36th n 38th days...now i ve not got periods for more than 2 mon n 10 days,..preg (card) test showed negative on 47th day...am 158cm tall n 52 kg....done all hormone tests...normal...hsg...no blocks...but on a us scan doc says pcod...consulted a doc n she had prescribed me meprate for 5 days...2day s d nineth day after d last dose...no periods still...wat should i do..?
