Suggest Treatment For Itching And Pain On C-section Incision Area

I had my third csection 4 weeks ago. The incision was first itchy then opened slightly put on one round of antibiotics. Now on my second round day 9 of cipro. It is still open and as of yesterday the right side is red, puffy and the pain is getting worse about 3 inches above and below the incision. It is the side that isn't open. I have a follow up with my doctor today but what is going on?
