Suggest Treatment For Itching And Skin Discoloration On Tip Of Penis

I am having skin discoloration at the tip of penis and around scrotum. Intially there was just one on scrotum but it is increasing now. I get itching sensation when discoloration occour (also the burning on affected area) but afterwards it doenn't hurt. I am little worried what could be this. Please help!!!
