Suggest Treatment For Lichen Sclerosis

I have been diagnoised with lichen sclerosis. Yes I have some lessions and the clitoris is white but the pain is more in feeling like I cant empty my blader. this is why I went into the DR. I thought I had a bladder infection but ut was not. I have read so many things on lichen sclerosis but not much about the bladder. I feel like I need a cathitor. I asked my DR can this go into the kidneys and she said no. Then why do I have the lessions and the white and the pain going to the bathroom and pain in my lower back when this is inflamed?
