Suggest Treatment For Lightening The Skin Without Dark Patches

hai doctor, i'm from india, kerala and i'm a girl of 20 yrs. my problem is that my skin doesn't have a unique color, basically i'm a little darker one and you know in my cheeks i have little lighter colour and other part is darker. i have birth mark in my face that is whitish and because of this problem i'm loosing my confidence to go out of my house. i've consulted with a dermatologist and he told me this color variation is due to sun burns and he given me a lotion named ansolar of spf 60 he told me that he cant do anything with my birth mark only way out is to take skin from some other area of my body and place it over their since that area lacking melanin. or otherwise my skin has to ac cure the color of my birth mark. and he given me another cream named clearz ultra for lightening my skin. my skin is combination skin, and i dont want to lead my skin to a pasthetic condition. does it work for me without any side effects and i would love to have a glowing skin seriously. please help meeeeeeeeee...............
