Suggest Treatment For Menorrhagia,leg Pain And Bulky Uterus With Fibroid

.my regular menstruation period is stopped in2009 but now last 1 months ago it starts in very uncomfrtable. now iam very worried about this(menorrhagia,loin,leg pain).my family doctor,gynocologist suggests me-solufer-XT OD*1M,plan for NDVH,Orgamed 1omg*20D,Cosklot 500mg*5D,Full-365 15D,Gynaset-5 15D,inj-T.Toxoid 0.5 ml IM Stat,Hb,TC,DC,PBS,Gr BTCT,Urea,Creat,ECG,USG done.Dulax&Feastal 2 tabs each at HS before adms.

ultrasound report :

1.right kidney:is normal in size,position,outline and echo-texture.cortico-medullary interface is within normal limit.echo-complex shows normal pelvi-calyceal system.no hy dronephorsis/calculus/SOL are seen.

2.left kidney:is normal in size,position,outline and echo-texture.cortico-medullary interface is within normal limit.echo-complex shows normal pelvi-calyceal system.no hy dronephorsis/calculus/SOL are seen.

3.uterus:both the uterus are nit dialeted.

4.urinary bladder:is well distended with regular wall thickness.no obvious calculus or SOL is seen.post void residual urine volume is insignificant.

5.uterus:is bulky in size and measures 81x45.6x54.8mm.its anteverted and anti flexed in position. myome trial echoes are heterogeneous with multiple small hypoechoic areas noted-?adenomyosis/?fibroid. endometrial echoes are normal(8.8mm)and central.cervix appears normal.

6.adnexae:both the ovaries are normal in size,shape and echopattern.right ovary measures 24.8x16.5mm&left ovary measures 22.1x17.7mm.no obvious adnexal mass lesion or collection is seen.

7.POD:clear

*no ascites.

*no obvious lymphadenopathy.

impression:bulky uterus with feature suggestive of-?adnemyosis/?fibroid.
